CODE OF ETHICS
TOWNS AND MUSIC
Organization and scheduling of Musical Events
Last update: 18 July 2026
Paesi e Musica, a project by LUCAS S.R.L., operates in the field of organizing, scheduling and producing musical events, concerts, festivals, shows and entertainment initiatives.
Our work stems from the belief that music and live performance can be an important tool for bringing people together, participation and enhancing local areas.
For this reason, we believe that the quality of an event does not depend solely on the show offered, but also on the way each project is conceived, organized and delivered.
This Code of Ethics defines the principles and values that guide Paesi e Musica in its relations with artists, Municipalities, Administrations, Pro Loco, associations, organizers, partners, suppliers, professionals, collaborators and the public.
Our activity is based on some fundamental principles:
These principles are the reference point for our decisions and for the professional relationships we establish.
Paesi e Musica is committed to operating with fairness, clarity and transparency in relations with all parties involved in its projects.
Information relating to an event, its features, organizational aspects and professional agreements must be communicated clearly and understandably.
We are committed to avoiding conduct that may generate misunderstandings, false expectations or misleading information.
We believe that trust is one of the key elements for building long-lasting professional collaborations.
Each project is handled with care, competence and responsibility.
The choice of artists, technicians, collaborators, suppliers and partners is made taking into account the characteristics of the project, the client's needs and the quality required to deliver the event.
We are committed to honoring the agreements made and to managing any issues with promptness, fairness and a collaborative spirit.
Artists are a fundamental part of our work.
Paesi e Musica is committed to promoting professional relationships based on:
The selection of an artist for a production or an event is made in relation to the characteristics of the project and the production’s needs.
The submission of an application or an artistic project does not automatically constitute a guarantee of engagement.
Paesi e Musica considers its relationship with Municipalities, Administrations, Pro Loco, associations and local entities an important component of its activity.
We are committed to understanding the needs of each entity and to developing projects consistent with the area, the target audience and the characteristics of the initiative.
Each collaboration must be based on mutual respect, clarity of agreements and sharing of objectives.
Our activity also stems from the goal of bringing music and live performance to local areas and creating opportunities for meeting and participation.
We believe that an event can help enhance:
For this reason, we try, when possible, to build events that are integrated into the context in which they are held and that can generate value even beyond the moment of the show.
The selection of and collaboration with partners, suppliers and professionals must be based on criteria of professionalism, reliability, quality, fairness and suitability to the needs of the project.
Paesi e Musica is committed to maintaining fair professional relationships and to avoiding any conduct that could compromise the impartiality of decisions or create conflicts of interest.
Likewise, we expect from our collaborators and partners conduct consistent with the principles of this Code of Ethics.

The public is a fundamental part of every event.
We are committed to designing initiatives that place show quality, audience experience, safety, accessibility and respect for people at the center.
We believe that a well-organized event should not only be beautiful to watch, but also a positive experience for those who take part.
